NJ Septic Inspection Services

Tri County Septic Inspection & Repair uses hydraulic testing to determine whether the septic system is absorbing water properly. We run 50 gallons of water per bedroom in an occupied dwelling to determine the status of the system.

We provide a comprehensive inspection report, clearly documenting any problems. We include a followup call to the local health department to determine if previous records have been filed for the septic system.

Septic Inspection and the Real Estate Process

Whether you are preparing your home for sale, or preparing to buy a home that has a septic tank, a Septic Inspection is one of the major factors that can make or break a sale.

Often, a septic system is out of mind, because it is underground and out of sight. No matter how lovely a property appears, if there is $20,000 worth of work needed to prevent causing harm to your loved ones, property and the environment, that puts a lot of last minute stress on a scale.

As a home seller, it's important to get your septic inspected early on. A certified inspection showing that your septic is in good repair can go a long way to closing the sale of your home.

As a home buyer, a trustworthy septic inspection should be one of your top priorities.
